Colophon

I built this site to make myself follow through.

Why this site exists

A private set of notes is easy to ignore. A public site creates pressure. It gives me a place to work through ideas, explain hard things, meet people doing interesting work, and build a body of work that compounds instead of disappearing into old folders.

Influence by design

The central claim repeats on purpose: technology changes what is possible; systems determine what becomes real. The site uses commitment and consistency against me. If I publicly claim to write, speak, and think this way, I am more likely to keep doing it.

AI disclosure

I used ChatGPT to find reference sites, compare assigned readings, pressure-test the structure, write and debug code, test layouts, and argue with drafts. I supplied the personal rules and examples, chose which course concepts mattered, and made every substantive revision that brought the language back toward my own voice. I also rejected a surprising amount of AI copy.
